We don’t store your personal information. We don’t keep any server logs. When you look up bus and train times, we send you the information – nothing more.

We do share some information with third parties, which we’ll outline below. This is necessary to show targeted ads in the app, and it’s how we sustain our business and deliver new features in the app. If you don’t want your data to be shared with anyone, you can purchase the ad free version within the app that will disable advertising within the app.

In-app advertising – we use Google’s AdMob platform to deliver adverts to the app. Your phone sends a unique ID that can be tracked from visit to visit so the adverts you see are better targeted to you. Analytics - We utilize Firebase (Google) Analytics to understand how to improve the in-app experience. This data can include identifiers for mobile devices (Advertising Identifier for iOS), cookies and similar technologies. We don't merge this data with any identifiable information. Chicago Transit Authority APIs - We utilize the APIs provided by the Chicago Transit Authority to provide realtime data of train and bus arrivals. Requests sent to these APIs may contain things like your IP address or device information.
